These standards apply to public and follower feeds, profiles, comments, forums, direct messages, shared plans, routes, media and competitive features. They protect participation and privacy while allowing lawful discussion and criticism.
1 Respect safety and privacy
Do not threaten, harass, bully, discriminate against or exploit others. Do not publish private addresses, precise routines, credentials, private messages or health information without authority. Do not impersonate another person, a clinician, AI Fitness staff or an official organisation. Do not use fitness discussion to promote self-harm, dangerous restriction, abuse or unsafe challenges.
Do not upload sexual exploitation material, intimate imagery without consent or content involving the sexual exploitation of children. Do not facilitate violence, fraud, illegal drug supply or other unlawful activity. Do not record or share other gym users without appropriate permission.
2 Health claims and commercial conduct
Present your experience honestly and distinguish personal experience from professional advice. Do not claim that AI Fitness or a user is providing a diagnosis, guaranteed cure or guaranteed safe supplement regime. Do not encourage people to abandon necessary care. A professional title must not be fabricated; our platform does not independently endorse a user’s qualifications merely by hosting their profile.
Disclose relevant sponsorship or commercial interests. Do not spam, operate scams, sell counterfeit products, post fabricated reviews or use unsolicited messages to exploit vulnerable people. Obtain permission before using the community for commercial promotions. Do not manipulate points, routes, rankings or engagement through fraud or automated abuse.
3 Rights in uploaded material
Share only content you own or are authorised to use. Music, workout videos, images and another person’s likeness may have separate rights. Permission to view a video does not necessarily permit republishing it. Do not falsely claim ownership of AI output or imply that generated depictions are evidence of a real event or result.
4 Reporting and moderation
Report a post, comment, profile or message using the relevant in-app tool where available, or email support@aifitness.com.au. Give the content location, category of concern and enough context to assess it. For alleged illegal content, explain why you believe it is unlawful and provide contact information where appropriate. Avoid submitting extra copies of harmful or sensitive material when a link or identifier is sufficient.
We may use automated checks, user reports and authorised human review. Their scope varies; we do not promise to detect all harmful material or monitor every conversation continuously. We may request more information and act proportionately, including adding a warning, reducing distribution, removing content, limiting features, preserving lawful evidence or suspending an account. Serious safety or legal concerns may require immediate action and reports to authorities where required or permitted.
Where legally required or otherwise appropriate, we provide the affected user with the reason, the relevant rule and information about review. We may limit details to protect people, investigations or legal restrictions. We do not use a reporting limit to prevent legally required notices from being received.
5 Review and appeals
Contact support@aifitness.com.au with the decision identifier, reasons you disagree and relevant context. We consider good-faith appeals fairly and correct mistakes when identified. Additional regional complaint mechanisms apply where required. We do not prohibit lawful criticism or retaliate against someone for reporting a concern or contacting a regulator.
Do not misuse reporting tools to silence others or repeatedly submit knowingly false complaints. A disagreement about fitness preferences is not itself a violation. Blocking limits interaction as implemented; it cannot remove external copies or guarantee safety outside the Services.
